Glad you like it. Our data is updated about every two days. Average download speeds are based on the 10 last tests. Well, I tried vpnreactor and I couldn't access it without a vpn on 20 April 2011. So some thing is wrong with your report. Where are you accessing from? I'm in China. Now, today I am using a vpn, to access, a vpn that has become unblocked that I had subscribed to.
