Too many stupid people in China push the government to block some site. To block freegate is very simple and easy, but the government doesn't block it. That is just a sample. So, you may need a free internet, you can use some tool, but for those stupid people, blocking can help them, without being confused or misleaded

My website, www.tsuru-bird.net is nothing but a website of photos of birds and animals that I have photographed. There is NOTHING on my site in any way that would be a reason for any 'reasonable' person / ISP / country / government, to block it!!!!! Unless looking at a picture of a bird is somehow so wrong and against China in some way!!!

Monte Taylor you may consider switching to another hosting, which means getting your server's IP and ISP changed. Tested traceroute from china and cannot get to international nodes.

Hey guys,

I am currently about 260 and 5'9, closer to 30s with regard to % of bodyfat than 20s, and I'm beginning to feel somewhat sluggish, which will be way too early for my age :(

I'm trying to begin with the paleo diet however there's plenty of conflicting info about it. To make it easier - I figure I'd just begin already and tweak my procedure from there.

I am determining between 2 novels right now (LINK) - Has anyone read either/can indicate which one is more complete summary of all paleo details?

Really excited to start out becoming a little healthier and lose some weight!
